AFP Aseptic Blow-Fill-Seal System for Plastic Container Parenterals(SVP)

Old style optical,ural,nasal care products need adding preservative in order to assure a controllable shelf life after opening.Whereas no preservatives needed for the disposable&quantitative ampoules produced by BFS machine,therefore there is no allergy risk for patients.
Main advantages of BFS plastic ampoule comparing with the old style glass ampoule:
No needle extract medicine liquid.
Finger won't be injure or stab wounds.
There are no glass debris,bacteria or plastic granule in medicine liquid.
Operation process will not result in damage of the container.
Storage and transportation is convenient.
Waste treatment of plastic ampoule is safe and no pollution.
Blow-Fill-Seal with once molded forming.shorter time for liquid exposure,low risk for pollutio.
The picture show the major phases in the integrated packaging of parenteral solutions using the AFP, system.
Extrusion: With high speed screw rod, thermoplastic material is continuously extruded in a tubular shape. Aseptic air blows to the plastic tube parison,and the parison goes through the forming mould.
Blowing: The main forming mould doses and the bottom of plastic parison is sealed. The cutting knife cut the parisonThe top of plastic parison is located by the open protecting dampAseptic air continuously protects the open tube parison.
The plastic material is formed into containers as determined by the design of the mould by vacuum and/or aseptic compressed air.
Filling: The containers are filled immediately and the air in the container is displaced .In the filling process,the containers are protected by the aseptic air as Grade A.
Sealing: At the same time,the tube parison between top of plastic mould and the open protecting clamp remains semi-melting condition,and then the sealed mould closes and forms the top of the container and keeps the container sealed.
Outfeeding: After sealed,the mould is openectand the containers are totally formed,filled,sealed and is ready to outfeed.Then the machine starts the next cycle.
